Sky Discovery’s proprietary Project Management system is software that is designed to assist internal staff and clients to manage tasks related to their review project, and manage billing. It is intended to move clients and staff away from using email to communicate and instead use an internal efficient communications system so that all project related information is stored in one central system.
The system uses templates for standard tasks which can be customised and more accurately manage work being performed on projects.
All financial billing is managed through this central system, reporting on cost and time accrued at a project level. Non-evidentiary documents can be stored in this system, such as project based documents like contracts and exchange protocols, or task based documents like witness lists, etc.
