Sky Discovery Webinar Invite
Can Technology address common pain points in contentious construction disputes?
Date: Thursday 7 October
Time: 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm UK Time
Introduction: Managing documents and evidence in Construction & Infrastructure Disputes often raises challenges driven by the unique document types, the systems they are stored in, their large volumes with tight deadlines to review and produce. Key facts can be found in documents such as contracts, drawings, photographs, plans, variations, invoices and submittals which are difficult to manage using “off the shelf” eDiscovery platforms and processes. Sky Discovery, a leading eDiscovery and legal technology consultancy that specialises in construction & infrastructure disputes, has built a toolkit specifically for managing these obstacles. Please join the free webinar with a panel discussion on how innovative technology delivers cost and time effective solutions for lawyers managing these contentious backend disputes.
Our experienced panellists are leading technologists in this space and will explore the toolkit required for construction & infrastructure disputes:
Martin brings over 20 years’ experience in eDiscovery and dispute resolution services. He was one of the early pioneers in eDiscovery solutions. He designed and built the first UK data extraction software tool in 2002 and then in 2005 went on to co-found Trilantic, a specialist eDiscovery company based in London. Before starting up Sky Discovery’s London operation, Martin spent 5 years in Sydney working on a number of high profile litigation matters and regulatory enquiries. He has been a thought leader in the use of technology, advising legal teams on appropriate technical solutions and best practices in the collection, processing and review of evidence.
