16. Sky Discovery does not monitor your data or transmissions, yet, Sky Discovery does actively monitor accounts for system utilisation. Upon any breach of these Terms and Conditions, or inappropriate use of Sky Discovery services as determined by Sky Discovery in its sole discretion, Sky Discovery reserves the right to terminate your access to the website and any features or tools thereof.

Jurisdiction
